District Deputy Guidelines

For too long in this jurisdiction, we have had District Deputy Grand Masters who set their own agenda and work towards their own goals. In order for any institution to grow, it has to have a goal and direction. Those goals and directions should be on the trestle board of every leader in this jurisdiction. Given that, we should all be working towards one common goal. We need plans on our trestle board.
